Your Journey Starts Here

“You don't have to see the whole staircase, just to take the first step”

Martin Luther King

Taking the first step is often the hardest, you may not even know where to begin. However, the good news is that by looking at this page you have all ready taken a first step and your counselling journey can now start here.

It is YOU and your well-being that sits at the centre of everything I offer. Whatever the reasons that have brought you to counselling, be it temporary difficulties, lifetime concerns, a clearer insight into your thoughts, feelings and behaviours or a need for personal growth and development, I am here to help. I will provide you with a safe and confidential space where you can truly be yourself without fear of judgement.

The next step I am offering you is a free 20 minute telephone consultation where we can discuss your needs and how I can best support you.

I am a fully qualified integrative counsellor and registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

Being trained as an integrative counsellor enables me to draw from different therapeutic models tailored to the needs of the individual in that moment and at a time and pace that is right for you.

Before qualifying professionally as a counsellor i worked in Health and Social care settings. My work has always been centred around supporting others and I am passionate about peoples health and well-being. I believe that our physical and emotional responses to our life experiences affect us all differently and by working holistically I can support you on your journey.
